I wonder if she may need some vit E? It can help with wry neck I know this doesn’t sound like wry neck but it may help to stabilize her neck. You can buy 400 iu and prick and put over her feed or just put right in front of her bill on the inside make sure she swallows.

Update for everyone: She's back outside and doing much better. Her balance is pretty much back to normal and shes eating and drinking fine. I'm supplementing niacin for the flock now, and will keep an eye on her. Thanks everyone for your help.

Great news. Yes, keep up with the niacin. My flock gets Nutritional yeast every morning with their feed it is so good for them.
