My chickens like to peck at the polish ladies I have and I've learned if they are seriously injured take them to the side and let them heal up but you cant completely isolate her. Silkies are known to be at the bottom of the pecking order and if she is isolated too long she will be picked on more. I started trying Blu-Kote, when she is healed up more you could try putting her back with the others and put blu-cote on so they dont see red raw skin or blood and that could help with them leaving her alone.
