PLEASE HELP- Silkie with labored breathing

My brother noticed one of my Silkie chicks was acting weird so he called me outside and it's struggling to breathe. It makes a clicking sound every time it inhales. I brought it inside and gave it some benadryl and nutri-drench. It's a bit chilly outside so I wrapped it in a heating pad and it's currently in my lap. What's causing it to have trouble breathing and what can I do to help?

It's about two months old and has been healthy until today

The Benadryl is kicking in and it's (idk their gender yet) breathing easier. It's still making a clicking noise when it inhales but it's not gasping as much anymore.

Here's a video. The gasping is on and off. Sometimes it's breathing normally and sometimes it seems like it's not getting air at all.
