Polish poop liquidy and red/little foamy

This morning my Polish Roo pooped out a thin reddish poop with some foam. He seems to be feeling ok. I looked at the poop chart put found none to compare it with. Any suggestions?

I'm sure someone else can answer this better than me...
Just wondering if you have fed them any treats today or yesterday that might be the cause?
