I'm on my second hatch right now. I like to keep my humidity between 50%-60% during incubation and 60%-65% during lockdown. I don't exactly have a hatch rate because I haven't done this for a long time.

I incubate between 30-40% and lockdown at 60-65%. I have a nearly 100% hatch rate with fertile eggs.
(Except with call duck eggs, they throw my high hatch rate out the window, because they are so hard to hatch.)

I incubate at 35% - 45%. At lockdown I boost to 55% - 65%.

My hatch rate is between 97% - 100%. (I'm not great with percentages, since I usually do small hatches, so I keep things simple)

Same, except slightly higher during lockdown. Seem to have pretty good hatch rates.
Worst hatch I had was when my mom failed to put water in the incubator during hatch early in the morning, & most of the chicks were stuck in shell, or died failing to pop the shell with leathery dry outer membrane. Humidity was way down to 12% for several hours.
