Thanks!! Yeah, we were fairly certain he was a boy. Hopefully he stays friendly though. He's just gorgeous and has a huge personality.

Nugget is a boy. Blue egg means the hen is either ameracauna or easter egger. The ones ive seen tend to be brown and black feathered his are paticulrly striking and beautiful. And his legs arent paticularly blue so hes likely crossed with something making him have olive egger genes. His feathers are maming me think he might be crossed with a dark cornish. But that might not be accurate.
The other chick its hard to see the comb but it looks like you might have a hen there. That ones legs are kinda blue or green hard to tell but looks close to nuggetz color. She would lay blue to green eggs dependibg on how far diluted her genes are. Her feathering is closer to what ive seen on easter eggers.
