I read that there is a roo on a farm that set a record. His tail is 25 ft. long!

Maxx, It may have been an Onagadori that had a tail that long, but not a Phoenix.
 
I agree, as for the question about personality, most are very docile, love one on one care, none of mine are flighty, or mean , have multiple roos in 1 pen, breeding right now, never been a quarrel there either.
I am sure there can be bad individuals out there, that's just the nature of animals, but largely an all around gentle bird
