I like to make them with a variety of spices/herbs, they're easy to change up depending on what you're in the mood for.

I LOVE deviled eggs too!!!!! Especially now that we have GOOD eggs. But we never need so many deviled as to be able to use Grandma's deviled egg tray....maybe when we move closer to the kids....sigh....

that is one thing I do not have a egg tray.. did have Schwann's bring cheesy tator tots last night bought three bags to give a go.. menu is meatloaf, cheesy tots, peas and wickedly deviled eggs tonight

Gather up the eggs

Boil then put in ice cold water

Let's get cracking

Cut eggs in half, remove yolks to bowl and season as you like (today it was smoked salt, fresh ground pepper, mayo, minced onion and dill pickle)

Fill the egg yolk halves and enjoy with crackers, diced tomato, sliced olives, etc!
