Ok, I can't resist... When I break down a chicken for sale... I get two leg quarters (otherwise I'd have a ton of legs left in the freezer), two wings, two breasts, two tenders, back, neck, and giblets... I package two breasts, six tenders, two leg quarters and six wings. Three backs and a pound of necks and giblets by the pound. Feet also sell by the pound.

Ok let me get this straight we have 2 days to post a meal. It can be absolutely anything, no need for a million photos just 1 of your creation, & judging starts March 1st till...& only 1 entry permitted. Ok break it down for me I'm a little daf, go slow. Sorry I'm also a pain in the butt
