Fluffy is actually a very good girl. She picks bugs off me when I'm outside.

(For those who have no idea what we're going on about, Fluffy is my black pullet that looks like a crow, so I named her after Fluffycrow!)

She sounds adorable! It doesn't have to be a mean shame, you could tell/show us how much she loves to be loved!

We all know how long that idea will last! Roosters will be roosters.

Oh!!! I used to have some hens who would do that! I had this barn built out of pallets to store my hay in, and my hens kept getting stuff trying to go in (or out)!


Then I had a bantam rooster who was in the barn and was trying to fight with a hen that was on the other side of the pallet.

Hahaha! I knew I couldn't be the only one!

And of course I have to dig them out myself because they get stuck! I'm worried that one day I'll pull out some pin feathers...

Poultry Shaming Contest!
Ends July 13th, 2023​

Are you a poultry owner with a troublemaker on your hands? Does your Chicken hen eat her eggs, is your Duck an escape artist, does your Goose scream or does your Turkey insist on straying where they shouldn't? You're not alone! Join our Poultry Shaming Contest and shame your feathered friend in a hilarious way for a chance to win!

It's simple enough to shame your poultry. It only takes a Sharpie, a piece of paper, and a chicken, duck, turkey, peafowl, quail. etc. that refuses to play by the rules. Let's see you shame your poultry for a chance to a prize!

Prizes:
There will be at least 5 winners, and each will receive a 3-month PFM!

Rules:

1. Four entries per member. An entry is *one* picture of your domestic poultry being shamed. One entry per post, please.
2. Shaming of all domestic poultry allowed (chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, peafowl guinea fowl, quail, pheasants, etc.).
3. Accepted shaming formats:
   • Sign hanging from the poultry
   • Sign next to the poultry
   • Digitally added sign
   • Digitally added text
   • Text underneath or above the picture
4. The picture needs to have been taken by you.
5. You cannot use a photo that won an award in another BYC-sponsored contest.
6. ALL pictures MUST be uploaded to BYC and not hosted on other image sites, personal websites, etc.
7. Prizes are limited to one per person per contest.
8. All BYC rules apply: Terms of Service (Rules)
9. Entries will be accepted until July 13th, 2023, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
