Sorry for the late update, but both brothers are doing much better!
The youngest is doing way better, but not 100%, and the older brother doesn't have appendicitis, thank heavens!

We did find out he does have Camflo Bactor. Although he is feeling great overall!

Did you mean Campylobacter, Cochin? This is a bacteria that can be gotten from eating raw or undercooked poultry. You can also get it from

eating other foods, including seafood, meat, and produce, by contact with animals, and by drinking untreated water.

Anyway, thanks for the update! SO glad to hear both brothers are improved and that the older does not have appendicitis! Good news all around! Thank You, Lord! God is good!

Last night my GirlChild (granddaughter, 19), whom we have raised, severely hyperextended her right knee at work and fell screaming to the floor. She works at a Japanese restaurant. They called an ambulance and sent her to the hospital where we met her. They found no damage on xray, put her in an immobilizer, gave her pain meds and sent her home.

She will probably need more diagnostic imaging and may (probably) need to see an orthopedic surgeon. We won't know for a while if she will need arthroscopic surgery. She has Medicaid, praise God.

We have been trying to get some of her friends together for Bible studies at our house for quite some time. Every week something happens to prevent it. This has been the most extreme attack. We really feel Satan is working overtime to prevent these studies. Please pray that God will foil Satan's plans and prevent him from interfering with us carrying out the Lord's work of sharing the Good News of His salvation with these young people. They need to know God loves them and died to save them. We need God's protection! Thank you!
