Yes, unfortunately I did try stomping on the deck and spraying her with the nose. She was unfazed. She even stayed under there when it was storming about an hour ago.

Is she able to see you? Do you have any Halloween or Christmas decorations that light up and make a lot of racket? I hate to scare her but I'd hate even more for something to happen to her. If you have something that is loud and lights up, turn it on and toss it towards her to hopefully run her out. Talk to her and hold a light from the side you want her to run to before she sees or hears it

My ducks and geese hate the flashlight and run from it . When i want to herd them somewhere at night i wiggle the flashlight beam and they move away from it.

Yes, she can see me. I managed to get her to a certain part of the deck and push her with a stick but she wouldn’t go out. She jumped over the sign I was pushing her with. I will keep looking for decorations or something to use. I turned on my outdoor stereo so hopefully that deters predators for now.

Thanks much for the suggestion. I really wish that were the case but this darn duck doesn’t mind the flashlight. Pickle just might be my most stubborn duck. Unfortunately she is now sleeping. I can’t reach her anymore.

Hopefully she'll wake you up in the morning, happily quacking about beating you to the daylight fun. I know you won't be able to sleep well, but I do hope you're able to get some rest. It sounds like you have done everything in your power. On the bright side, if you're unable to get to her, that means many predators are also unable to get to her and probably won't notice she's there. I'll be thinking about you both

Thanks a lot for the help I really appreciate it. I really hope so. I will definitely be staying up. I’ll keep trying to get her. I also set up my pet camera which will alert me if there is any noise. I left the radio on loud too. Hope she’ll be ok.
