Pullet or cockerel help, please! I just got a beautiful EE pullet who’s starting to look a bit manly...

I think my new EE is about 10 weeks (just got her 3 days ago), and yesterday I started to notice long tail feathers and how upright she stands. We named her Phyllis Diller (since she’s quite the character and so pretty!) and I’m really hoping she’s not a Phil because roosters are illegal where I live. Help?

Sorry, cockerel. If you get in trouble, you might want to say that you didn’t know if it would be a rooster or not. Also, try to get rid of him as soon as possible. You can post online that you have a free rooster.

Fortunately, the farm I got him from will take him back.

Be incredibly wary if you're looking for a replacement from that same farm. Post pictures of birds you're thinking of taking home on here. The farm should have 100% known his gender for weeks
