Purina Layena is MOLDY right out of bag!!

I would definitely stop buying feed there, if they don't replace it. Mold is sneaky. I have a bag of layena and a half bag of starter that I'm tossing because it was in the feed room when it flooded recently. There's no sign that the bags got wet, but the ambient moisture was too high for me to feel safe with it. Paper is pretty doggone porous.

I would never deal a second time with a store that doesn't guarantee the condition of newly-received feed. I mean, I have to take care of it once I get it, but it HAS to arrive in good condition. It's been a rainy summer through most of North America, I'm not surpised that folks have been complaining about bad feed- could happen anywhere in the chain of supply.

Sorry to hear this- very dangerous situation.
