those are so beautiful but i don't like the white one a lot i like colors in my flock but they are still pretty and nice big eggsI couldn't resist aren't they beautiful. These are pics of the parent stock for my White Ameraucana eggs.

Completely unrelated aside -- we've got a thunderstorm going here. And rain, FINALLY!!! I can practically hear my garden sighing in relief!

Thanks for asking. My eggs are mutts that I got from a friend the same day they were laid so I hope that they are good. I'm trying to resist candling them but the next time I see the.helpful taking a bathrrom break I'm going to have a peek.

Autocorrect )': I didn't mean to say helpful I meant to say broody.
LOL! What's worse is I do that aloud all the time. I'll know exactly what I meant to say, but the word comes out of my mouth is something totally different
And yeah -- mine only go pretend broody every once in a while and even so can have a heck of an attitude! For the whole 45 minutes that they decide to stay on the nest...

yes another chick hatched
this one is more shy he stays under his mom a lot more then the other one he is a white and brown color but i never got a good look at him
