Quail Hatch-a-long

Pics
This quail hatch is strung out. First hatched Monday.

Still have some popping out as I moved more to the brooder.

So I'll give more time

Hi, I’ve had my quail in the incubator for 22 days now and one pitted at 5pm yesterday. It unzipped over a few hours last night and then started to pop it’s head out, it’s done this a few times now but hasn’t yet popped out... watching and waiting ... this is my first hatch and I didn’t know that my incubator was out temp wise until late in the process (I didn’t even think it would be as the incubator is brand new) I adjusted the temp slowly up and up over a couple of hours until it reached 37.5 deg cel, and I’m giving it another week from day 20 as most were still alive when I checked so here’s hoping that one pit will lead to more and that the little one popping it’s head out finally pops out fully. Fingers crossed

Full incubator over here. 118 out of 120 slots filled.

Yeah I get that. I live in Washington State and can't seem to find anywhere that sells quail eggs locally, so shipping is my only option until I have enough quail to breed my own.

Where in WA? I am north of Seattle. I have 30+ adults who should start laying again any day now and as you can see from my last post, I just put 118 in the incubator to hatch. I am sure I could get you some eggs if you want to try incubating again! Or sell you some babies in 17 days.
