Quail walking in circles with its head on its side

I've just seen that one of my quail has its head on its side and can only walk in circles. What should I do. Is it wry neck?

Ok, I have a few questions.
1) what is it's age
2) is it male or female
3) is it in a cage where it could hit the top or in an aviary.
4) are it's eyes closed

She could have been mounted by a make or two and they pulled on her head a bit to hard leading to her getting a neck or head injury. I could be very neck however she also could have tried to fly up and hit her head a bit to hard on the roof. You should probably try to treat her for wry neck, but if it doesn't work you might need to cull her as it might be brain damage that can't be fixed.

I have separated her from the bevy and put her in a smaller cage overnight. She has not got any worse but I'm feeding her a mix of spinach and egg yolk for vitamin E and selenium

Is age eating it?

If she's eating and she's not getting any worse I'm pretty positive she should heal okay. I hope she recovers quickly!
