So, there was no foam for 3 days and then I just found her with a bit. Is there anything else it could be other than MG?

I have seen a foamy eye that comes and goes on one chicken with no other symptoms years ago. Without testing during symptoms it is hard to know exactly what is causing it. MG is just something that can cause it.
