Question about Double (or Triple....or....) Yokers

    So, if your lady lays a double or triple yoker and you don't eat it (and it's fertilized), would it actually hatch two (or three) chicks or would it be a dud? Anyone ever have more than one chick come from one egg? This has been bouncing around in my head for a week or so now and I thought I'd ask the smart people. [​IMG]

    Theoretically yes, someone here just last week hatched twins, I imagine more are possible. But from what I understand most don't make it or may need assistance with the hatching process. Do a search on "twins" and you'll see how many posts have info on them.
