Question about mixing feeds..?

Ok, did some more looking at feeds and came up with these two that looked pretty good. Would mixing these feeds be fine?

Nutrena Naturewise All Flock 20% mixed with Scratch and Peck Grower 17%? Both are complete feeds. I'll of course put out oyster shell when the ladies get closer to laying.

I've already bout a bag of each to see if the chickies like them, and they all gobbled both up like it was candy.

I assume the all flock is a crumble? So if you're willing to ferment you can do a regimen like mine, where I offer the S&P as fermented feed in the morning, then have the crumble dry and available all day.

You could also do all flock only. Takes out the hassle of fermenting and no issues with birds picking out preferred bits. The only reason I bother with the hassle is because I feed layer + grower, but all flock + grower is basically offering nutritionally similar-ish feeds.
