I’m excited! A local radio show has invited me to be on their show to discuss the benefits of backyard chicken keeping and want the Guests of Honor to be my chickens!!! The radio show is also video taped and put on YouTube.

So....should I bring a couple of my friendliest girls? I have 4 that constantly jump on my lap, 2 of those will jump on others’ laps too.
Would it hurt the balance of the flock to take them out for about 4-6 hours?

I think it would be OK to take them for a little while. I would bring some water and maybe some food for them.

When people bring chickens to poultry shows the chickens are sometimes away from the coop for a week. If you have a rooster and one of the hens you bring is his favorite, he may be kinda crazy when you bring the hen back.
That is exciting! If it's on Youtube is it something that we can watch? Let us know how it goes!
