OH we are so excited to go pick her up next week!!! I want to teach her to love the chickens the way old dog Max did.

The problem that I have with leghorns is that one of the roos will slap my sleeping beagle a few times on the rear end with a fencepost, then allow himself to be chased by the dog until just past the end of the length of the dog's tie out then the dog almost hangs himself.

I was actually visualizing that and I finally realized what you were describing

OMG thats how they treat my cats! My leghorns must have been watching Tom and Jerry instead.
