The last set of leghorns didnt lay the first egg until 19 weeks- Those hens are 2 years old now and only one is laying an egg a day still- the other hen stopped laying last March 2020, molted, and is now fully re-feathered. Her legs still look a bit pale, so I dont expect her to lay an egg for a while longer. the one on the left still is laying and still trying to regrow feathers. Her head is a bit bald. the one on the right looks great, but no eggs.19weeks +3days We have our First EggView attachment 1554835

Im just starting my leghorn flock!
By the end of the year I want to have a white flock and a cuckoo coloured flock!
just hatched my first Leggys and have 12 more eggs in the bator on day 7
