Yes! One of the primary reasons I chose tent! It works great so now they’re not scared of me coming in with them!so that I can go and play with them and they have room to run around and play
Yeah, I make toys put of whatever scraps I have around. Also sparkly necklaces are good attractions! Yeah, no surprise they hid from the egg, although kinda sad for us. I put grit in there with mine on a raised blue platform about 3 days ago (I’ll try to send pics tomorrow) and they were so scared of it! They still barely go by it. But with food on it now one of my Cochins finally ate calmly off it today.I have to figure out some toys though…I put a plastic little egg in there and they hid from it lol
First off, can you share some pictures? Also, how large is the age gap between the standards and the bantams?
Also also! Are particular breeds doing the screaming? My Millie Fleur D’Uccle chicks were/can be (now 3 1/2 weeks old) very loud and complain-y! This is my first time having this breed though, soooo.
Any ideas @MillietheHen @MilliFlock2 @MillersFarm ?

worry…it’s an ugly thing…keeps me from moving forward…which is exactly wiring that as far as moving the chickens into the tent. I keep thinking of all the things that might go wrong and how I might fix them… finally realized this morning, but if it isn’t working, I can always put them back in their tote. I honestly think they’re getting bored in there. I put in a piece of soft paper with silver tinsel bars on it … from the kind of gift bag that you get from Amazon.Yes!
