I currently have 10 coturnix but just hatched out 25 more and never really thought about it but do you need a license to keep them in MA? What about if i wanted to sell some of the eggs/meet?

Anyone know? And if I need a license where do you go?

Just found this: http://www.mass.gov/dfwele/dfw/wildlife/living/keeping_wildlife.htm

All animals or groups of animals below may be possessed, propagated, maintained, imported, bought, sold, or otherwise disposed of without the need for a MassWildlife permit or license (321 CMR 9.02). MassWildlife does not regulate these animals.

Below it lists : Common Coturnix or Coturnix Quail.

Does this mean i dont need a license to keep or even sell them???

Anyone know?

No It Means That You Do Not Need A Permit To Sell Them As Far As Fish And Wildlife Is Concerned In Mass. If You Are Selling Meat (butchered Birds) You May Have To Have A Permit For That.... But At Least You Dont Have State Licensure To Posess Or Farm Them!
