i had three originally, the rhode island red egg wasn't fertile, and the other barred rock egg quit at day 5 or so,,,,, i dont know why it quit, but i think i left it out for candling too long and the little embryo died, but i had faith in this egg after day 5 that it was a good'n (LOL),,, i dont know if it is a roo or not,,, i will try to vent sex tomorrow, it hatched last night too, or this morning when i wasn't awake...... it is a barred rock chick

i want to know how it works i want one for my dad so he can hatch some quail. and so he dosent have to do much during the hatch. is this the fully automatic one?

Might be something I look into O.o if my current bator fails to supply my with chicks.... Find out in a couple days...
