RCom vs. Brinsea

With cradle? Showoff!

Hey I will be in school all day I actually might get it without cradle I just figured out I can't afford the cockeral I want and the bator with cradle. Is it true you can just push the stand and it will turn without opening it? If so I will defently get it without because my mom or dad or someone can easily push it one or twice while I am at school.

What do you think?

I'm wondering if anyone who ordered the Suro-20 has since received it and set it up? I am perplexed by the evaporating pad does that stay in throughout the setting/hatch?
Where is the best place to have it? The directions and diagrams don't correspond well at all and some details missed in translation. Any advice or insight is appreciated.
Thanks,
Mia

Well I missed my chance for the Suro20 at Poultry Suppy, they ran out of stock. But I did find it at jmtdistributors.com for the same price. If anyone else has missed it, this will be the last day for them also. Shipping for me here in TN was only 15.66. So I think I done pretty good. Oooh I can't wait to get it and set it up for some more babies!

Jubaby did you get the RCOM 20 or the Suro? They are both RCOM units. The Suro is the one with the smoking deal. Just curious. I like the looks of the design better with the RCOM 20 but do get the humidity control, I think you have to buy the RCOM 20 Pro and the Suro comes with it for $250

Here is my new Brinsea great at holding temp and humidity the eggs are due on the 29th I moved them from my hovabator.

Check out their site for the videos on how to assemble. Go to far right and click on Resource I,II and III. It will show how to work with the evaporating pad. http://www.r-com.co.kr/

Thank you! I'd been on the site again (just now) and still can't bring up the page on the evaporation pad. I was able to assemble and run my Suro and it's great (factory settings) 99.5/44-46%. I figure that I use the pad during lockdown(?) Is that the case? I have the pumping system running from a lg. bottle of spring h20-and it's been amazingly easy. My BCM eggs have been in a wk. and I'm hoping to candle them tonight. I'll be happy if I see an air cell through the dark, thick shells!
