Oh! I should mention that there are a few rescues here in PHX, I found then on FB and made contact with them as I also posted in the groups and on here. I found two here that were willing to accept our Wyatt Chirp if I couldn't rehome him and had a complaint against us for his crowing. That might be another route to check out.
