Real Men Wear Skin Lotion.....right?

Be careful, like mississippifarmboy said....he might just depend on you to do that.......everyday

And the downside of this is.........?

To me the small is the key. My shampoo does not stink. My soap does not stink. My laundry detergent has neither dyes nor stink. My dishwashing detergent has neither dyes nor stink. But that is just me. Real men wear whatever they want. I don't want to stink.

The motor oil scented would be good for giving the DW a full body massage. Do they make it in gasoline smell?

I dunno! This particular company I'm thinking about is called Bathed & Infused- they're located in Golden, CO., and do a healthy online business. I have lots of their lotions and perfumes, but only the girly stuff!

It's funny you say gasoline- DH has been cutting hardwoods in our "back 40" so the pines can grow, so he often comes in smelling like gas and chainsaw exhaust. I'm always like

and he says, "Mmmmmm, smells good!" And he means it.

I have three men in my house right now. Two are cops, one is a state trooper. I just took a quick poll. None will use that stuff for "womenfolk".

I buy my hubby Curel. He's learned his lesson, too. He used to have dry, cracked, bleeding hands. If your hands are really bad put some ointment (bag balm, A&D ointment, vaseline) on before bed. Then put socks over your hands and take them off when you get up in the morning. It helps!

Question.... (regarding post on lotion that smells like oil etc)...

Do you want to smell attractive to MEN or WOMEN?
Cause oil stank ain't doing it for me..

... neither does the rough, dry hands, if you know what I'm sayin!!!

In the winter I use this new stuff Old Spice came out with, a moisturizing shower Gel for Men........... it smells mild and works good. Gold bond on the arms, hands and leg's works good too. As far as the scent some women actually say Ohh you smell so good..... and get's closer to get another whiff, and says what is it ?? I politely say thank you I just FARTED. And everybody breaks out in loud laughing, works every time too.

You would not stink....to women just other men.

Oh and I forgot to mention my favorite lotion is RENEW made by Melaleuca.

Folks I have cleaned this up considerably. Please consider the rules, this is a family friendly forum, and also, this is a serious question, if you have nothing helpful to contribute find another thread.

No, it wouldn't do it for me either

It was more of a novelty thing for B&I at the time, I think. . . but if your man really needed some lotion and that was the only way to get him to use it, then maybe buy him a bottle, then slowly ease him into the better scents. . . this thread just reminded me about it and I thought it was funny. Weird, but funny. There are a ton of companies that do really different scents. I mean, you can walk into any Whole Foods into the makeup/beauty aisle and find perfume by Demeter in the scent of "Dirt," and it really does smell like dirt. A bunch of places also make products with a "tomato vine" scent, and tons of people love that. I personally hate to smell tomato vine and wonder why anyone would want to smell like that when there are thousands of other beautiful "green, earthy" scents available, but to each his or her own. I sometimes use a lotion and perfume that smells like cake with lime buttercream icing. Different strokes, yeah?
