I know this does not call for 8 eggs, but it sure looks good. If you make 2 then you got rid of your 8 eggs

This is not my recipe, I can not take credit for it, I forgot where I got it from.

Impossible Custard Pie

Ingredients

* 4 eggs
* 1/2 or 3/4 cup sugar
* 4 Tbsp. flour
* 1 tsp. cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
* Milk to fill pan to 1/4 inch from top (about 1 1/2 cups)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a pie pan, mix the first five ingredients. Then add a little milk, blend well. Add the rest of milk up to 1/4 inch from top. Mix. Bake until set, 50 - 60 minutes. Serve hot. (it will puff up pretty high)
