    red cochin + white cochin= pink cochin? Anyone done this or with another breed? I would love to see a picture.

    That's unfortunately not how color genetics work. You wouldn't get a pink bird from crossing red and white.

    I saw somewhere chocolate + blue splash = mauve orpingtons. But how to get chocolate? Red + black?

    Chocolate is a sex linked color that can be made by crossing a khaki bird with a black bird. Here's a good article explaining some chocolate genetics in chickens.
