please answer starting to wonder if i should help. im going to sleep wish someone would answer

First I am great to hear that there is movement. Has the chick started to pip? At this point I would not assist. The veining is still very obvious so they have not dried up. If you start to assist you may end up hurting more than you are helping. I would let the little guy go, let him pip, and see where he gets. After he pips externally if/when it looks like he is struggling I would re-evaluate then.

I am on day 20 myself right now with 5 external pip that started 12 hours ago. I always think that it is taking too long, but think about it in terms of human labor.... From the time of the first real contraction to birth could be 24+ hours. Give the little guy time to do what he needs to do. Good luck!

thanks yes it is. im thinking my temp was to low since the other 3 were underdeveloped but not sure why this one didnt hatch it looks so good to me. any ideas. i raised my temp and put new eggs in i really really want a chick

Yes, low temps are the most likely cause. The air cell looks a little small too, from what I can see in your first picture. Which would indicate too high humidity. What kind of incubator are you using and what were your temps/humidity?
