Reposted buff orp roo or pullet

I’m sorry I posted this in the wrong forum so this is a repost. I will try to delete my earlier post. I have a 8 1/2 week old buff. I thought she was a hen but she is developing long tail feathers that look a little pointy to me. Any thoughts?

I love Buff Orps just for how confusing they like to be.

I know, right? My gorgeous 17 week pullet made a crow-noise yesterday, lol.

It looks like a pullet to me. Also the feather do not look pointed to me and they would probably be more curved but like said earlier it might just be a late bloomer boy.

I'd say...keep an eye on it! Looks like a girl, and that would be my guess, but I have a BO roo who was a late bloomer and he had a comb about like that at that age. Everyone on here said girl regardless of the comb/wattles, and then around 10/11 weeks, he started growing cockerel saddle feathers and it was obvious he was a he. Lol He then started crowing not long after.
