He’s cute!!This is Rex I adopted him from a friend that couldn't keep him anymore and he is the best! However unlike most beardies, he doesn't poop too often but I soak him in lukewarm water every Friday and he gets mixed diet of meat, crickets, mealworms, and lettuce! I do make him work for his food and I'm currently trying to figure out what his foot problem is. Any ideas?

Hm. When in Africa a little while, I made friends with a lizard. Im.not sure what kind exactly. But I would give him little things to eat. He would come every day to see me. There is that switch over point between human and animal where you just understand each other by instinct. There's a sense of trust and relationship (?) Or love (?) Not sure what the word is.
One time hiking in the Sierra Nevada, I stopped briefly to admire the view, take some water. A blackish snake came out from nowhere, and, while I watched, came all the way up to my boot. I was in awe. This magnificent creature making itself known to me. Well, it was really close. I was afraid it would be on me, or going up a pant leg. So, just slightly, I moved my foot. Well, it took off so fast, going down hill. Several small varieties of birds swooped her from the air, and those in the trees set up alarm calls. And she was gone, down slope, over a verge... gone. But what a privilege.
