Well done MJ! ~ especially as I don't think she's been chook of the week. I will resume that when I am a little better organised than I am @ present.

I won't be properly settled for a good long while by the looks of things but I am a little more organised than I was, organization not being my strong suite! Still struggling with some day to day stuff but other things are much easier so it's 1/2 dozen of one & 6 of the other

I know! So do I. This is why I question some of what Shad is on about. As a rule these 2 are not buddies & Wrold is definitely the senior hen & gets the lion's share of the eggs but they have obviously reached some sort of agreement & the other hens concur. I haven't figured out how or why but it has obviously happened. It's also why @BY Bob's girls distress me so much. They obviously haven't worked out a workable agreement that is acceptable to all of them.

My hens have chosen a society that is based upon fear and intimidation. I don't recommend it to other tribes but it is what mine have chosen.
