Yes & no. There are advantages to distance learning ~ apart from the fact New England is freezing in winter!

This is very true. I'm trying to get the new employees trained without being able to have them literally shadow someone in person. It's a whole new way of doing things and very challenging. It is a whole lot harder to keep someone's attention from wandering on a video training than in person.
