My health has been dodgy all year, hence why I have been missing in action more often than not. It has now reached crisis point & surgery is again deemed necessary, soo...if I suddenly disappear there is no need to be alarmed. I shall be swanning it in a public hospital bed.

Thank you, everyone. I expect the surgery itself will be straightforward. Other matters are a little more troublesome but no matter what, the chickens must be fed, the eggs must be gathered, & whichever of my girls that thinks crowing @ dawn will get me up & moving faster must be proven delusional!
