I read everything.I just want you to know I read all of your posts and find them wonderful.
I found myself thinking the same thing the other day. I put up this huge post, pictures, videos, and nothing. Then later in the day responses started coming in.
I've learned that the "like" is a reward all its own. On a certain level, I can't believe anyone reads what I post.
Most of all, this community were have created organically is amazing. I value anyone who joins us and appreciate all of the support here even when I make mistakes with the flock. And of course you are a key member of "the Flock". Thank you for joining with us.
Me too. I always read everything even if I can't respond.I read everything.
I don't always have the time to respond in as much detail as I wish.
Torrential rain came through about 1am. The girls don't like rain like that but though the showers are still coming across the bay in short bursts most of the girls are up & downstairs. We have been struggling with flies in the runs since the drought broke as the litter hasn't been able to dry out properly. I'm considering some DE or lime. Plus Lavender is molting. Pale lilac feathers everywhere & one very peculiar looking bird!Egg production is way down so I figure a couple of the others will be joining her shortly. She was sure quick off the mark. We are only a couple of days into what is supposed to be Autumn ~ though you'd never know it from our temps!
Yep. The girls complained until things dried up a bit. No~one's laying though!I think the edges of your rain cloud have drifted down south Ribh. Very wet today, Nyssa and River are having a sleep-in. I had to climb in under the canteen to give Chickie her pill; she wasn’t coming out!
Happy Birthday!! Hope you had a wonderful day!!It was today.
Thanks BY Bob.
I was wondering about yall over there! Glad yall fared well but so sad for those who didn’tGood evening folks
Jeannie hope you feel better quicklyWe're up early this morning due to weather... multiple emergency alerts on the cell phone woke us then we got a phone call from the county telling us to take cover. A tornado touched down south west of us and traveled south east of us. Thankfully it stayed south. We've gotten 3.8 cm of rain in the last 3 hours with lots of lightning and a good dose of hail as well.
