Ugh. We don't have them here but I hear tell coons are ugly killers. Hope you deter whatever it is soon.

Coons are a good eating animal. Kind of greasy like bear, but good flavor. But I'm now terrified of them. Last four or five I've shot were rabid.

They actually are an ursine, right? Like in a bear... I would also be a little worried about trichinosis. Cook that ‘coon til well done!

Coons are vicious killers- they try to grab any part of chicken near the fence the bite ift off leaving severely maimed birds, or those that die of gruesome wounds. I hate them.
