I've started limiting computer time. This time of year it's cool enough to be doing outside things.

No, but if I read books in the evening I sleep better. Also, I'm in front of a screen most of the day and getting away from it is a relief.

This is what happens any time I put in an appearance.
The girls congregate wherever I am to *talk* to me.
First thing in the morning it's a bit of a screaming frenzy of: Let me Out! Let me out!

They will have to wait.
Only 3 eggs so far & someone has dirtied the most popular nest.

Interestingly, my two completely ignore fresh catnip but if I open the bottle of the dried stuff, Jasper begins to rub his cheeks all over it!

That is odd. Mine go crazy for the fresh stuff.

It is a dominant genetic trait I believe - so the majority of cats are susceptible to it, but a cat with a double dose of the recessive gene don't give it a second sniff.
