All the Legbars are but wow are they slow.
I can second that. Minnie has had just a single tail feather for weeks and weeks.
She lost that one feather today. But look, she is beginning to grow a tail. And I caught her actually eating actual chicken food.
I was a bit disappointed that she had o my put on about 2oz in weight and is still less than when I took her to the vet and got the feedback that she was too skinny.

She must be filling up on forage on something without much nutritional value.

I wonder if it just really takes a lot of energy to regrow all those feathers. If it wasn't for the whole skinny thing and that she hasn't put on much weight since solving the crop issue, I wouldn't be worried about her at all. Granted her comb is still a bit pale and withered, but from a behavior point of view she seems to be completely normal. She runs, she flies, she digs, she chatters, and she is inquisitive (maybe even nosy).
I will keep on with higher protein feed and be slightly less restrictive on treats like sunflower seeds. But I am not going to obsess over her weight while she is behaving normally (well I will, but I will try not to).
