Yep. I didn't particularly want to do either course but they are the only ones on offer. I should probably have gone with Lit & Archaeology but neither one will employ me ~ & certainly not from home! Writing I was thinking editing/proof reading etc which is easily done from home.

Ahh Moodle, I have missed thee (not).Actually the uni's been brilliant. They have a whole team to deal with idiots like me who are having trouble. It took an hour to sort & he was so patient & he did more than I asked as he made sure I had my uni email operational [I thought I did but I didn't] & access to *moodle* which is how I access all my course material. Being one of the more obscure courses it's not as straightforward as more popular ones. I've been really impressed with their public relations. They really try to be helpful to newbies. And it's done now. And I only have 2 units to start with ~ & just as well as they look like being some of t he more difficult courses I will have to deal with.

I was listening to the girls complain about the weather the whole time I was trying to sort out my UNE enrolment. What an absolute nightmare! Even the lovely young man helping me sort the mess was having trouble. Half the courses aren't offered this year but probably will be next.
Having struggled to find courses in my major to enrol in for the 1st semester we then had issues as to their relative value because there are 2 ways we could do it!
I am seriously considering either changing my major or doing a double as it looks like this will take 2 years rather than the one I initially envisioned. I don't care but I do wish the whole process was easier.
