Yes, but I am in Australia & most posters are in the northern hemisphere. Most of the threads get away on me overnight.

Are we thinking about this the wrong way around?

Instead of watching threads, should we be watching profiles?

Yes - I can see that problem. Even just being in the UK for a week I found it much harder to keep up.

Yes that is sort of what I was suggesting - but I watch profiles within watched threads. So I don't follow you and see everything you post everywhere, but if you post on a thread I am watching I go look at that.
It is a bit cumbersome because it requires scanning that little bell icon - but I do manage that successfully on some threads I watch. I need to clean up my watched threads list too.
And here is tax - Maggie growing out her

new hair-do for spring while chowing down on a bowl full of healthy yumminess.

I'm suggesting that I watch your profile to get to your posts on Bob's thread.

No worries! I may bookmark the profiles of my favourite folks then use their profiles to hop directly to their posts.
