Okay listened again and it says

The Minorca and Brahma part was right though and the no flying.
It also says “Experts say that they have no inclination to fly which perhaps is just as well. Life would be very frustrating if they had. 16 inches of wire netting is enough to keep them in instead of the usual 6 feet.”
