Where are you? Do you have any Golden Penciled Hamburgs?

I do not. I actually just sold my last breeder set. They are Golden Hamburgs. I have pictures below but these are not called pencil. Let me know if this is what you are talking about. I currently have Barnevelder hatching eggs and American Serama pullets and cockerels as well as hatching eggs for them.

They don't look like what I remember. Golden Penciled Hamburgs are extremely rare. We had two several years ago, and they were the nicest hens. I have not been able to find any since. there are also Silver Penciled, as I remember.

Yes these are the original Golden Hamburgs not the penciled in which you are referring to. I have seen the silver penciled Hamburgs on poultry show central website. They are beautiful. Expect to pay a higher amount for those birds. Just keep in mind you pay for what you get and if you want that breed undiluted its worth it. They may have the Golden Penciled as well on there. Hi! Your Serena’s are adorable! Where in North FL are you? Closer to Ocala or Lake City? I am in High Springs. I would be interested in a couple of Serema eggs once my BO’s go broody.
