Rooster or Hen?

A while back I got two hens, or what I was told were hens. Now I am convinced this one is a rooster. However, it doesn't crow much and isn't very aggressive...But I saw it seem to mount the other hen the other day. Any ideas?

That is totally a rooster. Some roosters aren't very big cock a doodle doers.
His tail feathers are totally not hen ones.

Thats a roosters, he looks just like our big who died last month. =[ he crowed a lot, but was very gentle, even let my kid touch him.
