I went to TSC, but they didn't have the Tylan. Going to try to get the Tylosin powder soon. He's started to lose weight. And in my experience, that means he's getting worse.

He is. I've got Electrolytes in his water. Is the powder able to be used as a "preventative" type thing? Like if I have two sick birds can I give it to the whole flock so the rest of them don't get sick?

I don’t recommend giving antibiotics unless the chicken shows symptoms.

Okay. One more question. If a hen were to get sick could you eat her eggs while giving her antibiotics?

There is no egg withdrawal time for Tylan given orally.
