Rooster?

About 4 months old. Looks like a rooster but doesn't act like the other rooster we have. This one acts like one of the girls. Not sure about breed. Thank you!

Yes it's a cockerel and likely behaving so as not to arouse the attention of the dominant male

Oh Yeah, a Barred Rock rooster. I had one last year....He was very mean and attacked me or anyone else that came near him or his girls. We finally rehomed him at the county farm. He now lives with a pig and is very happy.

Thank you everyone. I was pretty sure it was a roo but his behavior was confusing me. The other roo -the EE in 3rd picture, amazing you could tell Sourland!- mounts the girls, is loud and walks around all cocky. This one is just awful skittish and calm.
