Rooster??

hi y’all! New to the forum. Been raising a flock of 8-12 for about 3 years.

Anyway, I know these aren’t the best pics but wondering if anyone can help me figure out if this is a rooster.

Clues...
-tail feathers look different
-irredecent green feathers
-much larger in size than any hen I have
-LARGE thick comb

Does not crow and doesn’t seem to be showing any signs of dominance. He’s about 9 months old.

Thanks! Do you know if it’s common for a rooster to be so docile and not crow?? Just seems to go against everything I know about them

Faverolle are docile and at just 9 months hes a young cockerel not yet sure of himself. Is he your only male?

Seems to have the rooster saddle feathers. So I’d say rooster.

Only male yes. Came in a group of what I thought were all pullets. Any chance he could begin crowing still? He’s actually only 7-8ish months old, I miss-calculated.
