You need a semi-feral barn cat or two! They'd take care of some of those critters. You're cats are too darn sweet.

We have Mountains Lions here too. I saw one walking across the side of the hill, on the other side of the little valley my house sits in, a couple months after we first moved in here. I was really worried about all the predators but since we have the big dogs they keep all the bad things away.

Now I just need to figure out how to get rid of the mice, rats, squirrels, rabbits, gophers, rabbits, and ravens.

Well you have the big dogs for the big guard duty. Now you need a Rat terrier or Jack Russel. I cant keep outside cats no matter how wiley. So thats my plan for when I move back home. That and lots of hardware cloth to keep the mousies and squirrels out of the coop.

Haha just a typo. I just realized last week the wild rabbits are coming in and eating my chicken feed as I put it out!

I need to make my bf dig out the .22. Oh and I have THREE rabbits left of the 30 that I rescued. Yay me! LOL! Anyone need a bunny? They're super cute.......

Too much work having to train, supervise, and care for such a high energy small dog.

I'm a little partial to the big lazy dogs.

Kitties last about .12 seconds outside here because we have a ton of coyotes. My neighbor was telling me they lost 36 cats in one year before they gave up trying to keep outside cats.

I would never do that to a poor kitty.

Unfortunately ALL the retailers get charged the same price, no matter what. It's only if you have your resale license that you would get it for SLIGHTLY less, and I do mean slightly, it's like a dollar less per bag or something. (Which I HAVE been thinking about doing)... but then you have all the shipping fees/ lift gate fees etc to add back in... Modesto IS expensive. The only way we could get it for less is if we DID do the 1 ton pallet. It's basically a HUGE 2000 pound bag of ONE type of feed that we would have to find someway of getting it off the truck and then we would split it all amongst ourselves with bags/ buckets/ trash cans/ etc... just don't think it's feasible since everyone wants different kinds of feed. Instead of being about $1200 per pallet I think it's about $800 so we would save some cash there...

What is the difference between resale and retail?

Where did you go? You should be able to report him somewhere. He has to be held accountable. There is no excuse for him to be unprofessional with any patient.

I have a rant here and im going to unload it on you guys.
I was almost in complete tears.not sure if it was from anger or adrenilan.(sp)

Took jared to the eye dr here in town that our insurence covers.
jared was having a hard time with the"is 1 or 2 better""3 or 4" okay how about "2 or 5"
dr was getting frustrated and seriouly telling jared he doesnt know what he is talking about.he waanted to drop those dialating drops in his eyes and jared was not coperating so well.after the first side guess it stings.get this the dr. grab jareds hands and phyically held him down.
i of course jumped up and said dont man handle him like that and asked if i could put the drops in.
i got it in and needed to wait for 15 minutes.we went for a walk for a few minutes to talk alone.
jared thought he would finish the appointment so we went back in.i took everything with us cause well i was ready to leave.

he gets back in the chair,as he goes through the whole which one is better routine the dr. begins to get upset and raise his voice at jared.
holly crud im starting to stress over this,i invisiond him hitting jared.
i said this appointment is over .The dr said YES IT IS ABOUT TO BE OVER like it was a threat.i took jared,grab the kids out in the other room and walked out.hes like come back when he is not dialated.YEAH RIGHT NOT IN A MILLION #$%&*&&%%$#!ING years.
how does a person like that stay in business?did i catch him on a bad day?
forget it ill pay the cost of the last place we went to.jareds biggest complant was she loved on him to much.was aware of his every need.

awwwwww i was shaking when we left but sure felt strong that we didnt allow the man to bully us around.
Im thinking thank God i didnt leave him alone in that back room by himself!

Nope, still don't get it. I was just wondering because it said "authorized retailer" but she said she didn't have a resale license, so I was confused because I thought resale and retail were the same thing.
